The Northeast Organic Farming Association of New Jersey is another great resource for connecting with your local, organic farms. NOFA holds workshops so you can meet others in the organic community and attend seminars about all kinds of wonderful topics like canning and jarring food to bringing healthier lunches to your kids’ schools. If you aren’t in the Northeast, there are plenty of other statewide organizations built with similar missions.
