A close friend of ours (Hey Lizzy!) began her MPH at Johns Hopkins University and introduced us to the Center for a Livable Future. Organics involves a whole other layer of interconnectedness. Eating, a simple action most of us do three times a day, holds larger implications than many of us are willing to admit. As JHU’s model illustrates, "Diet, health, food production, the environment, population and equity are all elements of a single complex system.”
